Will the rich businesswoman and the poor crackhead be treated equally in Heaven?

My step-Dad was a bad person in his life but he 'saw the light' and got saved when he developed a heart condition and thought he might die. When he did die (long while later, actually) the preacher read a poem. I can't remember it all but the gist of it was: A man lived badly but did finally get saved and went to heaven when he died. As he entered, he began to see all these people he had drank, got high, smoked, and cheated etc. with and shocked he started to say how did you get here? but then he realized they were all looking at him with that same unbelief that he was there. A lot of people are going to be surprised I think. Some you expect to see will not be there and others you don't think should will. Only God knows people's hearts. He alone knows which hearts and spirits truly trusted Him. We are saved by grace through faith, it is the gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast.
