Pagans and Neo-Pagans?

I know in some pagan beliefs some are pantheist and monotheistic. I know someone who considers herself a Christean, she believes in one God, and she doesn't consider her practices sorcery, but more of magick through her creator. Can any pagan or Wiccan or anyone describe to me how one can be christo pagan while believing in one God? Im not being critical I just would like some answers and opinions?
