How to ask my boyfriend to a dance?

We have GALA (Guys Attend Laddies Ask) coming up and I have been dating my boyfriend for a year now. We are both super corny and I am a big goof ball. I need a way to ask him to the dance that hasn't been done by everyone already. I'm a Senior in High School and he goes to a community college so he doesn't have a locker. Share some of your ideas with me or just tell me some creative ways people have been asked, not the cliche balloons, flowers, or witting on the windshield.
