Why is everyone knocking the Twins?

I know the trade of Johan Santana seems to be lopsided, but look at what they got. Carlos Gomez is MLB ready and has pop in his bat and good speed and defense. With Torii Hunter gone this seems to be a fit for the Twins. Phil Humber is another MLB ready prospect and a good addition to an already struggling rotation. Mulvey and Guerra are young prospects that the fantastic Minnesota farm system can work with. Out of all of them I like Guerra the most and think he will be key to the Twins success in the future.
