Diagnosed with HSV2 and my bf says he doesn't have it because he took a blood test for green card.?

Does the blood test for green card reveal you have or not? He said he got tested for everything--hsv, hiv, hpv everything, and that he ped it. I'm not sure how accurate these tests are? I got symptoms 2-3 days after we had . How accurate are these blood tests for green card?
