How can you fix a broken leg on a baby chicken? I have a baby thats been like this for 2 weeks. PLease help.?

dont take it to the vet the vet will just say nothin can be done. do not bandage the leg it will heel faster left alone. the ppl saying to take it to the vet r city ppl and dont no about pheasants like i do i have 243 pheasants and they have broken their legs as chicks just let the pheasent be. cheack on it a couple of times a day
