My eyebrows are sparse and white. What can I do other than use a pencil?

I would go to an Ulta cosmetic store if you have one in your area or even go to their website. There's a product by Anastasia for eyebrows. It's a kit that comes with eyebrow stencils in different sizes and the powder then to fill them in. what you do is pick a shape that you and pluck any little hairs that are outside the stencil. then after your shape is done you would you the eyebrow powder to fill them in. Using powder isn't as harsh on the face as an eyebrow pencil. And legally when you come into my salon I can not put the color on your eyebrows for safety reasons.
