What is the legal eviction time for a nonLease resident in Texas.?

I own a home and have a roomie. She has not paid 3 months rent or bills. I have verbally given her 30days already. I want to legaly evict her. What time frame must i give her to legaly evict her.3days, 50days, 30days? I live in Texas. She has no written leease. Her total bills owed exceeds $2000.00 with rent and bills.
