Vampires do you think they are real? from Vlad Dracula to Lestat?

I have read a lot of stories online like vampires in new orleans and around europe and america some stories were from 1700s and of course more recent and later years and in books ive read also and also vlad dracula was real but he wasnt a vampire would he be the closest thing to a real vampire? or do you think vampires live amon us do you think the stories online are true do creatures of the night exist or are they just fantasy also a lot of people believe they are vampires? and Herv virus or what ever it is called isnt real is it? and is the only way to kill a vampire by cutting its head off and removing its heart? also is a vampires apperance in anyway supposed to be gothic or dark and gloomy from bram stokers dracula to anne rices lestat what do you think?
