Has anyone ever had a problem giving their dog acepromazine?

My yorkie was spayed yesterday and the vet gave me a supply of acepromazine to help her relax when she started getting riled up so she won't hurt her incision or mess up her stitches. Now she is having a problem with urinated while she is sleeping or just laying down. Its like she doesn't know she has to pee and it just comes out. I told the vet about the problem and they said it was most likely a side effect of the acepromazine. anyone else have this issue?
