Try garage sales or flea markets. People move and get rid of them. Or try C...List. People are always buying exercise equipment and tossing it. I did. I hate changing the weights, and prefer one set of each amount, meaning one set of ten lb dumbbells. As a girl, that would do the trick for me. Probably, it would be easier to join a gym, as you will need a weight bench with those racks so you can rest the bar bell upon it.
